Pressure: 7-30 bars

Capacity: Up to 5000 m3/h

Suction Throttle Valve

Used for restricting the gas from entering the compressor by throttling the suction side. Used in centrifugal and large screw compressors.

Pressure: 1-15 bars

Material: carbon steel, stainless steel.

Applications: Oil & gas, process plants, HVAC systems with high-spec and Armstrong pump seals.


Slide Valves

These internal valves slide to adjust the volume ratio (Vi) and control output. They are used in oil-injected rotary screw compressors.

Pressure: up to 14 bars

Capacity control: 0-100%

Applications: Ideal for systems using pump sleeves and Ebara pumps.


Hot Gas Bypass Valves

It recycles hot discharge gas to the suction line to simulate a low-demand load, improving temperature control.

Pressure: 5-30 bars

Media: R22, R134a, Ammonia, etc.

Capacity: up to 200% of minimum load.

Applications: ANSI pumps and pump impellers.


Spiral and Digital Control Valves

Used to modulate capacity using pulse-width modulation digitally.

These are also helpful for precise load management without cycling the compressor.

Capacity: 10-100% 

Pressure: up to 12 bars

Applications: These are used in digital scroll compressors, advanced HVAC, and lab chillers using precision pump seals.


Capacity Control Valves

Used to adjust output by opening/closing ports or using step control in multi-cylinder reciprocating compressors

Steps: 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%

Application: Multistage reciprocating compressors, process gas compression, refining, and chemical plants.
